Sunshine Faye is an author, podcast host, trauma coach, and founder of Sunshine Faye Media, a platform dedicated to helping survivors turn pain into purpose.

Drawing from her lived experience, years of independent study, and extensive research into trauma, manipulation, addiction, and recovery, Sunshine has made it her mission to help others understand what happened to them—and more importantly, how to heal from it.

After overcoming addiction, domestic violence, manipulation, and trauma, she discovered that healing isn't about forgetting the past—it's about understanding it, learning from it, and refusing to let it define your future.

Today, she educates and empowers survivors through her books, podcast, coaching, journals, and digital resources, giving people the language to recognize manipulation, rebuild self-worth, regulate their nervous systems, and create lives rooted in peace instead of survival.

She is the author of Dance With the Devil and The Manipulation Whisperer, and the host of the survivor-led podcast Stories We Weren't Supposed to Tell, where courageous guests share the stories they were never supposed to tell. Through the companion series Manipulation Whisper, Sunshine breaks down the psychological tactics behind abuse, helping survivors finally understand the patterns that once kept them trapped.
